We provide catering throughout Ventura County and Los Angeles County. If you’re just outside these areas, reach out - we may still be able to accommodate your event depending on size and timing.

Pricing depends on group size, menu selection, and level of service (drop-off, setup, or full-service). We’ll provide a custom quote so you only pay for what you actually need—no preset packages that don’t fit your event. We offer four catering options based on how hands-on you want the experience to be and the size of your event: 1. Drop-Off CateringWe handle the cooking, package everything, and deliver it ready to serve. Drop-off service is typically included locally. For events outside Simi Valley, a $50–$100 delivery and setup fee may apply, plus travel and equipment costs if needed. We provide wire chafing racks with disposable pans for easy serving. These are left for you to keep, no pickup required. 2. Setup & Clean-Up ServiceWe deliver your food, set everything up for service, and make sure it’s event-ready. After your event, we return to handle cleanup so you don’t have to worry about anything. 3. Full-Service CateringOur team manages everything from delivery and setup to on-site serving and cleanup. Full-service staffing is billed at $150 per hour, which includes setup time (1 hour), cleanup time (1 hour), and service time during your event. 4. Live Fire Catering ExperienceOur most immersive option. We cook on-site for a true live BBQ experience. This service is $200 per hour, with a required minimum of 3 hours setup, 1 hour cleanup, plus additional hourly service time.

We recommend booking as early as possible - once you know your date, it’s best to reach out right away. Our calendar fills quickly, especially for weekends, holidays, summertime and larger events. Some dates book weeks (and sometimes months) in advance, so early planning helps ensure availability and gives us time to build your menu properly.
